Dispatch, delivery and support
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 midday on a Friday are dispatched the following Monday.
UK delivery
Tracked delivery, typically 1–2 working days after dispatch. Free on orders over £50, otherwise £4.95. Your tracking number appears in your order history.
Returns
Unopened, undamaged items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Report damaged or missing items within 7 days. Read the full policy.
